Decided to do a nuzlocke with edited rules. Basically it's a traditional nuzlocke, but it only applies to gen 6 pokemon/pokemon with mega evolutions.
Team is currently Napoleon the Froakie, and Quilt the Scatterbug.

I found it really easy with the buffed EXP sharing. I got a level 80 Blazeikin!

This is probably the first time I don't feel like I need to grind before each gym. Most of the time, my pokemon is of higher level.
What if you can find Audinos/get the lucky egg very early?

I don't think I've ever had to really grind in a Pokemon game. Using only 2 Pokemon sure is a good strategy.
