Excellent. You now have the ability to make tumbleweeds blow by during awkward lulls in conversations. By the way, you weren't actually limited to those 20 choices I gave you. You could have picked anything for your superpower like mind reading, eye lasers, or maybe that Preternatural Reprobate thing that you still don't understand. If you want to be successful as a lawyer, you need to really pay attention to detail in things people say. But your Tumbleweed thing is still pretty good right? ... So worth it. You are currently travelling towards the courtroom. While you do that, lets go over the basics rules for how the game works. There are three basic actions that you can use in the courtroom. You can argue with your opponent, harass the witness and present contradictory evidence. You also have an advanced ability called Make Sh*t Up; which allows you to make claims about evidence and stuff before it is actually clarified. Be careful with it though, being too reckless with it or trying to directly counteract proven facts can get you in trouble. You also have up to three "Rabbits" at any given time. You can use a rabbit to use a more powerful variant of evidence presenting, which creates a piece of evidence of your choice which is guaranteed to be legit. Be careful though, because your opponent has rabbits too! Both you and your opponent will gain one rabbit when an intermission is called, and you cannot have more than 3 at a time. When you decide what action you will take, you need to be very specific. For example, if you want to display some evidence, you cannot just say "display X evidence", you need to actually make a point. An example which you may use if you can't think of anything better might be "But the police report states otherwise." Also you don't actually read the evidence, you just make stuff up as if you did. Using the same action repeatedly will cause it to become less effective, so make sure you use everything that is available to you. Moving on, are you going to be trying to convict an innocent person or acquit a guilty one?

Hmm... for some reason I feel that I should be offended... IF THE BOOT FITS, YOU MUST ACQUIT! You recall that you are going to be defending this time. You arrive at the courthouse and are greeted by someone who is quite a character; the honorable Judge Pig-For-A-Head! "Good afternoon Ezio. Your arrival is quite fortuitous. We are in need of a new defense lawyer and you have a reputation for defending crap. The previous one just got Disbarred and the crown lawyers are refusing to touch this case, and I frankly don't blame them. Either way the trial for your client won't begin until we can free up the courtroom. Your attendance will mostly just be a formality since we have pretty much just proven the defendant guilty already. It won't hurt your reputation as long as you don't do anything too retarded. Like defacing evidence."
For some reason, you feel offended. You have the option of refusing to participate and just waiting it out, but why pass up on a free tutorial?

Just in case it wasn't clear, not making any kind of post and actually waiting is not a gameplay mechanic.

Judge Pig-For-A-Head says "Excellent. Though I am not actually going to be the judge for this case. I cannot be impartial because I actually saw him commit the crime! Please proceed into the courtroom."

You enter the courtroom, and look around briefly. The Balance Bar marker is already dangerously close to the red mark, and if that black square covers the red one then the defendant will be found guilty. You also notice that the courtroom appears to be inside of a Microsoft Excel document. The honorable judge Sack Sack is presiding over the case. Judge Sad Sack: Here's our replacement lawyer. Before we continue I am sure you have a few questions to ask. Please gather the information that you need and then let me know when you are ready to continue the case. Hopefully you can ask the right questions here.
