Not at all. They changed Elizabeth's model, that shop doesn't appear anywhere in the game (as far as I recall) and the but with the bird happens in another building.

Depends on the game. You don't necessarily have to play them in a specific order.

I suggest playing them in order, the first one is brilliant and the story is amazing the second one combat gets better but the story suffers quite a bit and I haven't played the third I've heard great combat, great but completely unrelated story

... It doesn't say "wounded in the knee", it says "Wounded Knee", which is a battle that is talked about in the game.
