So I'm a new member, haven't read a panel of the comic since just after the atlantis-esque animation, and I was wondering, since I both wanted to re-read it, and I also wanted to show it to new friends;
Why the hell is the last post in the repost thread from 2013???
I ask because, well, I don't want to read through 999999 threads of recently mourning members to figure out what happened to it.

Long story short, the creator left and closed up shop, we didn't save everything in time. We only had a few days notice. (someone correct me if i'm wrong on anything?)

I mean, I got that, at least. But didn't they save most of the things, thanks to the backups of a certain GMReily? And also, the help of a lot of people who did saves as well
E: After a looksee around, this place is almost entirely dead. I mean I was so happy that this existed I started on the day the panel that dropped James and Co. out of a tower via dragon aired. It was a rollercoaster ride through hell and back, and all I've wanted for 3 years now is to see it again, any time i thought about it. These past few months, the ache has been unbearable, and finally, finally a glimmer of hope, I see a 'reclamation effort' on the tvtropes page, and I literally jump for joy.
Only to have all my hopes and dreams crushed before my very eyes, my very fingertips, before my very soul.
This place is dead. What Do You Do is dead.
Think I'll just go cry.

I know the feeling :/ I, at least, don't have any more of the comic (as far as I know??) but perhaps others do?
EDIT: Woah okay so I just checked and??? I actually have files for pages 200-409??? Holy shit how did I not know that??? I don't believe that the reposting is up to page 199 yet, though :/

No I think we were waiting on flout to post his and he hadn't yet? idk. Sorry that you came back to this but it isn't quite "dead", so to speak. It's a little quiet though, since some of the main members are inactive or too busy to be on as much. Plus a lot of us talk over the Skype group. So not dead, just slow and quiet. I did have some pages, but I think someone else also had them (?) and then my laptop overheated and the motherboard was fried, so I am useless in that respect. Sorry :/

Were we waiting on me? Because I have 200-400, then I posted the link to them somewhere so that everyone else could have them too.

No, clearly we're all dead. All Ghosts. One and all, phantoms. Yep. Mhm. True story.

Wayback machine has preserved most pages if youre willing to move slow loading times.

I thought about that too, but it seems it stops around page 1000, Which is massively lame. Also, didn't a large portion of pages get saved by GMReily, in a backup or something?

I don't... Think so? Maybe? Every time I talked to Chris or Reily about editing old pages, they said something that made it sound like they didn't always save them but drew over them. Although I talked to Chris a lot more than Reily, so maybe I'm wrong.

I think Reilly said he had every page after 500 or so.

I think Reilly said he had every page after 500 or so. If that's the case, we can retrieve all the pages after the bar zombie scene from the wayback machine, which is where we are now, and then he can supply the rest, right?
